Free German courses for foreigners in Berlin – learn German for refugees at the MIQR

Reading time: 10 minutes | Status: 12.10.2022 | Author: S.Lenzner

With the current, very dynamic situation within Europe, several hundred thousand immigrants have come to Germany in recent months. The nationwide support of all people who go to a new, foreign country is correspondingly important. This also means that everyone can be offered the opportunity to learn the German language. That Central German Institute (MIQR) runs German and integration courses in Berlin, which are funded by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF).

Integration courses for refugees

Hundreds of people have been arriving in Germany every day for some time. For this reason, the focus is primarily on the forthcoming integration. It is important that after arrival all people get shelter and first aid. Immediately afterwards it is an advantage to familiarize yourself with the respective conditions of the country. The federal government in Germany has therefore set itself the goal of offering every refugee who would like to complete such a course an integration course.

The MIQR integration and German courses also help refugees to quickly find their way around Germany, both linguistically and socially.

German course for foreigners in Berlin

With us you will learn the language and optionally complete an orientation course to find out about German politics, German law and other areas of life in Germany. Our German teachers, integration consultants and social workers are always there for you in several languages.
