Requirements

To do a work and potential analysis §45 Para.1 S.1 No. 2 SGB III to be able to carry out, certain conditions are met. In order to work out and strengthen your competencies, we develop a goal-oriented and resource-building training or prepare this in the measure with concrete recommendations. Optionally, we offer health sports, mental training and stress and conflict management.

Duration

A course can start weekly and takes place after consultation with the advisor. It can be carried out on a part-time or full-time basis. The duration depends on the type of measure selected 11 or 8,5 weeks, whereby the time agreement is made individually from Monday to Friday.

In terms of content, the work and potential analysis is divided into three areas. The determination, the transfer of knowledge and the internship.
