There are different types of funding for this, which we at the Central German Institute for Qualification and Rehabilitation (MIQR) would like to introduce you here briefly.
AVGS
The activation and mediation voucher (AVGS) is a grant that can be issued by the job center. This means that measures in the area of further education, coaching or private employment agencies can be used without you having to pay for the costs. There are three different types of activation and placement vouchers. With the AVGS MPAV, a private employment agency can be commissioned to search for a suitable employer. This can cover costs of €2.000 or €2.500. With the AVGS MAT for vocational training measures and professional coaching and with the AVGS MAG for work trials, there is no limit to the costs incurred.

continuing education bonus
If you complete a retraining course that takes at least 24 months, you can do one if you pass the exam continuing education bonus obtain.
