You do not have to meet any specific requirements to participate in the modular training. It is only recommended that you have a secondary school diploma, completed vocational training or several years of professional experience. Of course, other school qualifications also qualify you to complete the measure at the Central German Institute. In a personal interview, it will then be determined whether the modular training fits in with your plans for the future. The professional content is conveyed in the course of practice-oriented face-to-face teaching on site. This means that you will learn all the important theoretical content that is relevant for practicing the chosen professional field. However, this is not just about knowledge that you have to acquire in the technical area. This knowledge is supplemented by a refresher course on your general education. This includes the basics of German, mathematics and computer knowledge as well as company health management and teaching and learning didactics. In addition, communication and application training is planned so that you can not only score points with your knowledge in job interviews, but also learn how best to present yourself to potential employers.

Internship/in-company learning phase

You only complete the internship in the form of an in-company learning phase if you decide on a corresponding module in one of the occupational fields that you can choose from. With the help of these additional max. 10 weeks, which ideally complement the professional content, you have the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge you have learned practically in everyday work. In this way, you can test extensively before starting your career whether the job suits you and your ideas. You can choose between 7 different modules for modular training in the health, service and storage sectors. These consist either of theoretical training only or of theoretical training including an internship.

Warehouse/logistics with optional internship (module 1)

In modules 1 and 2, the professional focus is on the area of ​​warehousing / logistics. In theoretical lessons you will learn relevant knowledge in the following areas:

In addition, you will be taught general content that ranges from mathematics, German and computer knowledge to communication and application training to company health management and teaching and learning didactics. Modules 3 and 4 give you a comprehensive insight into the professional field of guard and security services. The theory lessons can be divided into legal basics and practice-oriented content. The main focus of the legal background is on the following areas:

Housekeeping with optional internship (module 3)

Modules 5 and 6 cover the professional field of housekeeping. You will be taught all the relevant content to be successfully integrated into the job market. You will be trained in both professional and general knowledge and skills. You will learn relevant knowledge on the following topics in the professional area:

We also offer another course in the health sector. Module 5 of the MWe also includes an in-company learning phase in the form of an internship. The following professional knowledge will be taught to you in theory:

  • Nutrition, Housekeeping and Exercise
  • Basic maintenance and documentation
  • employment and leisure activities

Here, too, general basics are refreshed, for example in the areas of mathematics, German, computer knowledge. We offer modular training based on our concept of face-to-face teaching on site. This means that our competent lecturers convey the content to you personally. This has the advantage for you that you can ask questions immediately if anything is unclear. This does not create gaps in knowledge, but rather ensures that you can always follow what is happening in the lesson. In addition, our experienced teachers have the opportunity to respond individually to your level of performance. This gives you the chance to receive a grant according to your level of knowledge. It is always ensured that you can participate in the lessons and acquire all the important information.

 

Duration of action

The duration of the modular training varies depending on the module you have chosen. The theory lessons total 10 weeks. During this time, you will acquire all relevant professional content and general principles. If you opt for a module that includes an internship, the duration of the measure is extended by a further 10 weeks. In addition to the 10-week theory course, you will also complete an in-company learning phase, which also takes 10 weeks. The maximum duration is 20 weeks in total. This means that you will receive all the important qualifications you need to be successfully integrated into the job market within a maximum of 5 months.

 

Qualifications Earned

In the course of the modular training, you have the opportunity to acquire different qualifications. These vary depending on the career focus you choose. This increases your chances of successful labor market integration.
