Prerequisites / target groups

Finding a job and trying out a job is aimed at people who are restricted when looking for work. On the one hand, these would be, for example, those undergoing rehabilitation who had physical, mental, neurological, psychosomatic problems or illnesses or an accident. On the other hand, the measure is aimed at people who, after falling ill, are no longer able to carry out their previous job or can no longer work in their place of work. In summary, people with placement barriers or those seeking professional help are meant.

Goals of the course

A large number of questions will be answered as part of finding a job and trying out a job. You will find out to what extent professional integration or training makes sense for you and what professional opportunities you have. Depending on the question, concrete professional areas of application or professional groups will be developed with you.

Content and procedure of the rehabilitation assessment

The duration of the measure varies depending on the requirement. After consultation with the advisor, the measure can be booked for 2, 4 or 6 weeks. You can start at any time.

During the measure, you will have the opportunity to orientate yourself professionally and to prepare for your professional development. You can also try and reassess yourself. During the course, your resources, strengths and professional inclinations will be determined first. Your medical, health and social conditions will be taken into account or promoted in a career-oriented manner. Depending on the question, finding a job is possible in one or more professional fields. These are, for example, commercial, administrative, IT, media design, advertising, non-medical medical professions, nursing, social, service and security trades as well as crafts, technicians and the master craftsman level. Other areas are pharmaceutical or chemical-technical occupations as well as similar training and apprenticeship occupations. With the testing in the Central German Institute and in companies or facilities on site, we also offer you an excellent insight into the respective professional fields.

Benefits of the MIQR

During this period, you will receive personal support from our employees, who have up to 18 years of experience in all fields of work in the area of ​​career choice or work and stress testing as well as in aptitude assessment/profiling. You will be advised by our work and training pedagogical service or work psychologists, social pedagogues, a clinical therapeutic service and, if necessary, a facility doctor/licensed psychological psychotherapist. In addition, a professional and socio-medical expert report is drawn up at the end. In general, we offer you an individual, professional assessment of your skills and competencies, help with career orientation and an expert assessment for reintegration or reorientation. Further support for the labor market and your health development is also possible.

Numerous specialist consultants, specialist lecturers, occupational educators, industrial engineers and IT engineers are available to you throughout the entire period. Our psychologists/occupational psychologists, social workers and sports teachers take care of health care.

Summary

In the two, four or six-week career choice, stress and work trial BF-AE/FOSI, we have made it our task to help you with the difficult job search after an illness or an accident.
