Target group:

Our measures are aimed specifically at migrants who want to establish and expand their professional qualifications and skills in order to successfully integrate into the German labor market. We support you in overcoming placement barriers and offer individual support and training to make it easier for you to integrate into the German labor and training market.

Objective and content of the measure:

Our main concern is to introduce you individually to the training and labor market and to identify, reduce and ultimately eliminate all barriers to placement.

We attach great importance to determining your professional and job-related knowledge and skills and offer comprehensive training and knowledge transfer. These include insights into the general and regional labor and training market as well as training on social norms and social integration in a job-related context.

Structure and duration

The measure is designed as an individual part-time measure, with ongoing entry and a maximum duration of 10 weeks. Participants attend an average of 6 teaching units per week.

At the end of the measure, participants receive an internal certificate confirming their participation and success.

Process of the APM

The measure is mainly divided into two main areas:

1. Determination of professional and job-related knowledge, skills and abilities (10 units)
2. Imparting knowledge to reduce barriers to placement (50 units)

During this time we look closely at what work suits you. To do this, we will make a plan on how best to get you into the job market.
